The highest building on our list is scheduled to end in 2013, with a height of 383 m. It is a mixed-use complex of the city in northeast China. Designed by NBBJ architects, the glass skyscraper has not yet peaked, but when completed it will become one of the tallest tallest decimal buildings in the world.
