Qassemi: Iran will participate in the reconstruction of Syria through its private sector
Iran will take part in the reconstruction of Syria through its private sector, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said.
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasimi said in his weekly press conference that the Islamic Republic of Iran had participated in the fight against terrorism in Syria at the request of the Syrian government and would participate in the reconstruction of Syria through its private sector.
Qasimi expressed the hope to create the conditions for the participation of the Iranian private sector in helping Syria and play a key role in the reconstruction.
On the relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia, Qasemi said that the Islamic Republic's policy towards the neighboring countries and the Persian Gulf countries is clear and in the event of appropriate conditions, Iran is working to implement this policy.
