The minister added that the ministry's efforts focused on seeking programs to accelerate the recovery of the affected sectors, including the substitution program for import substitution to provide foreign exchange in cooperation with the ministries, in addition to the program to support interest rates for the private sector through a framework agreement with private banks aimed at moving lending to benefit the bank, the investor and the state. He explained that the interest rate differential borne by the government through this program provided that there is a full commitment to repayment, noting that the Authority to support small and medium enterprises provide studies and incentives for projects to benefit the national economy.
As for the exhibitions held between the Minister of Economy as an important means to promote national products and the government adopted these fairs, revealing that currently 43 exhibitions are held annually in Syria, revealing projects for cooperation with the Republic of Crimea, the European Union, South Ossetia and Abkhazia to export agricultural products.
